Outpatient Care Provider

Assignment Duration

This is a 26-week contract position.

Schedule

Day shift from 07:30 AM to 06:00 PM, with occasional Saturday coverage (typically 4-5 Saturdays for the duration of the assignment).

Job Description

The Outpatient Care Provider will focus primarily on delivering outpatient care, while also handling some inpatient care responsibilities. The ideal candidate will possess expertise using Epic software and hold an active Oregon license along with BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality outpatient care to patients in a clinical setting.
• Manage and coordinate some inpatient care tasks as needed.
• Utilize Epic software for patient record management.
• Participate in occasional Saturday shifts as required by the position.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Oregon license.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience with Epic software preferred.
