8-hour Day shifts, 36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) for an outpatient role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and providing therapeutic interventions to improve patients' mobility, function, and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and assess treatment needs.
• Create and implement individual treatment plans.
• Provide direct care and rehabilitation services to patients.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Document patient care and maintain accurate records.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient experience is preferred but new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience with a variety of patient populations is beneficial.
