Physical Therapist - Rehabilitation Services

Job Description

The Rehabilitation teams evaluate and treat patients with injuries or conditions that have caused a decline in physical mobility or functional independence. In addition to acute and swing bed rehab, various outpatient services are offered, including:

• Sports and orthopedic rehab
• Pediatric rehab
• Neurological and stroke rehab
• Balance and dizziness rehab
• Wheelchair seating
• Neck, back, and extremity care

We have a large and well-equipped outpatient therapy department located within a 25-bed critical access hospital. Enjoy a dynamic and supportive therapy environment, professional camaraderie, and 45-minute treatment times.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and create treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapy interventions to improve patient mobility and functional independence.
• Collaborate with rehabilitation team members to ensure comprehensive care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license required.
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS required.
• Ability to travel to multiple points of care.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.
