This is a 13-week contract position.

Job Description

The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for evaluating patients and implementing treatment plans to improve their functional abilities and quality of life. Candidates must possess the NBCOT certification and a valid Occupational Therapist license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments of clients' physical and functional limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and families about exercises and at-home activities.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• NBCOT Certification
• Active Occupational Therapist License
• Driver's License with picture identification
• Background check clearance
• Skills checklist from agency
• Current certifications (BLS, ACLS, etc.)
• Tuberculosis test records
• Hepatitis and Influenza vaccine records or declination
• Copy of agency's Certificate of Liability Insurance
• Successful completion of a drug test
• Physical health statement and other personal health history documentation
