ICU RN for Float Pool - Night Shift

Job Description

The ICU RN for the Float Pool will provide nursing care across all critical care floors, Emergency Room (ER), ER hold, and may assist in Medical Telemetry/Step-Down and PACU for holds as needed. This role demands strong clinical skills and the ability to adapt to various acute care environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to patients in critical conditions.
• Float across multiple departments as required, including ICU, ER, Step-Down, and PACU.
• Monitor and assess patient health status and respond appropriately to changes.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Utilize EPIC EMR for patient documentation and communication.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years experience as an ICU nurse in a similar-sized facility.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Active RN license required.
