Day shift, 12-hour shifts, working a 3-day week.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Neuro ICU/IMCU Registered Nurse. The position involves working in both ICU and stepdown units, with floating between the two likely. The nurse will manage critically ill patients with neuro-related issues, providing comprehensive nursing care and support.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to neuro-critical patients in the ICU and IMCU.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing appropriate nursing interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute comprehensive care plans.
• Educate patients and families on care processes and treatment options.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in neuro-critical care nursing.
• Current RN license verified with Nursys.
• Certification in ACLS and BLS required.
• Complete skills checklist and provide work history with no gaps greater than 60 days.
• Provide references and current certification cards.
