Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team on the night shift. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care and maintain the standard of excellence across all patient interactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including medication administration and monitoring vital signs.
• Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation as per regulatory standards.
• Participate in patient and family education to promote health management.
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment for both patients and staff.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred.
