Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with a specialty in Cardiac care for our Tele/PCU unit. The successful candidate will provide exceptional nursing care to patients, ensuring high standards of practice and patient satisfaction. This position requires strong clinical skills, the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, and a commitment to delivering compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and monitor patient health metrics.
• Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Provide support and education to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Effectively manage a diverse patient population with cardiac conditions.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania.
• Current BLS certification.
• A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in Cardiac care.
