Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our local contract program. This role is essential in providing quality health care services and support to our patients. The commitment to ensuring excellence in patient care is a priority.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care and support in alignment with best practices.
• Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to enhance patient outcomes.
• Perform necessary assessments and document patient progress accurately.
• Assist in executing treatment plans as prescribed by healthcare providers.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

PA PT License, BLS
