Physical Therapist

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Day Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with one Saturday per month from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM and a compensatory day off during the same week. Sunday only if needed for orthopedic post-operative care.

Job Description

The Physical Therapist will provide evaluation and treatment to patients in accordance with established protocols and best practices. The therapist will work as part of an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care and contribute to successful patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments of patients' physical abilities and needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Administer therapeutic interventions to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families regarding treatment protocols and home exercises.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in Pennsylvania or Compact PT Licensure.
• EPIC experience required.
• COVID-19 and flu vaccinations are required, with medical and religious exemptions allowed.
