Job Description

Join a dynamic team at a cutting-edge rehabilitation hospital dedicated to the recovery of patients who have experienced severe injuries or illnesses. This role involves providing specialized treatment to maximize patients' health, function, and quality of life through innovative rehabilitation programs tailored to their individual needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapy interventions to facilitate rehabilitation for conditions such as stroke, brain injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and families about recovery and rehabilitation processes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in inpatient rehabilitation preferred.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
