Neuro ICU / IMCU Registered Nurse

Night shifts, 12 hours, 3 days a week.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Neuro ICU / IMCU Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a critical care setting. The nurse will be responsible for both intensive care and stepdown units, floating between the two as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for patients in the Neuro ICU and IMCU.
• Manage patient caseloads with a typical nurse-to-patient ratio of 1-2 in ICU and 3-4 in stepdown.
• Perform regular assessments and monitor patient progress.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Neuro ICU or IMCU nursing.
• Current RN License verification through Nursys.
• Neuro certification preferred.
• Skills checklist, work history, and references required upon application.
