Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to join our dynamic team within a Level I Trauma Center and Magnet designated department. The ideal candidate will possess excellent skills in both scrubbing and circulating across a variety of surgical specialties.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in the operating room for patients undergoing various surgical procedures.
• Assist with scrubbing and circulating duties as required.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and infection control procedures.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to maintain high-quality patient care.
• Participate in pre-operative and post-operative assessments of patients.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an OR setting strongly preferred.
• Current South Carolina RN license or multi-state/compact license required.
• BLS certification is required.
• Ability to obtain a radiation badge (provided by agency).
• Scrub experience is strongly preferred.
