Physical Therapist - Joliet and Red Lodge Locations

Job Description

The Physical Therapist is responsible for providing direct patient care, patient evaluations, consultations, and treatments to assist patients in reaching maximum physical performance. This role involves performing individualized evaluations and designing goal-directed customized plans to enhance patients' physical function and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care through assessments and treatment plans.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical capabilities and limitations.
• Develop and implement personalized therapy programs aimed at improving mobility and physical performance.
• Consult with patients to educate them on treatment options and techniques.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current Physical Therapist license.
• Relevant experience in physical therapy is preferred.
