Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at the Eastern Montana Veterans Home. This position is ideal for candidates looking for a rewarding role in a supportive environment. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality therapy services to residents, developing individualized treatment plans, and contributing to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients' mobility and physical abilities
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care
• Educate patients and families about recovery and rehabilitation methods

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current Physical Therapist license in the state of practice
• Experience in providing therapy in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
