Job Description

We are seeking experienced nurses for ECMO, LVAD, and Cath Lab recovery. The ideal candidates will possess the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional care in high acuity environments, particularly in CVICU and E4 (Heart Step-down/Progressive Care).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patient conditions during recovery from ECMO, LVAD, and catheterization procedures.
• Administer medications and maintain patient documentation in alignment with best practices.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement effective patient care plans.
• Facilitate patient and family education regarding recovery processes and ongoing care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license in the state of North Carolina.
• Experience in ECMO, LVAD, or Cath Lab recovery is highly preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
