Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Critical Care Unit. The ideal candidate will provide high-level nursing care for critically ill patients while working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient conditions and vital signs.
• Manage critical care equipment, including ventilators, telemetry, and IV pumps.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and treatment plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN licensing.
• ICU experience is required.
• ACLS and BLS certifications are required; CCRN recommended.
• Advanced skills in titration of vesicant medications, familiarity with pressors, sedation, and paralysis management.
• Experience with cardiac monitoring, telemetry interpretation, and hemodynamic understanding.
