Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to provide critical care to our patients. The ideal candidate will be proficient in the management of high-acuity patients, demonstrate strong clinical judgment, and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting.
• Monitor patient vitals and administer medications as prescribed.
• Manage and titrate vesicant medications and pressors.
• Assist with various procedures including central line insertion and cardioversion.
• Maintain telemetry and hemodynamic monitoring.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient information and care plans accurately in the Cerner system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have ICU experience.
• Familiarity with sedation, paralytics, vents, trachs, and telemetry interpretation.
• Understanding of hemodynamics, PA catheter setup, and interpretation.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• CCRN, IABP, Impella, and CRRT certifications are appreciated.

Dress Code

Required uniform: Navy or Navy and White scrubs. No pullovers or hoodies, and no green scrubs unless soiled.
