Part Time LPN Position - Nights

Schedule

Part Time Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, every other week. Must be able to begin orientation on a Tuesday or Thursday.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide exceptional patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel. This role involves performing both direct and indirect resident care within the defined scope of practice.

Responsibilities

• Meet residents' Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as outlined in the individual care plan.
• Maintain residents' environment and safety in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Ensure nutritional needs of residents are met, respecting personal preferences and choices.
• Assist with rehabilitative needs including range of motion and mobility support.
• Report changes in residents’ physical, emotional, and psychosocial status to supervisory nursing staff promptly.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 1 year of experience as an LPN in a long-term care or similar setting.
• Current New York State LPN Licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or RQI.
• High School Diploma or GED.
