Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Travel Med Surg RN to provide high-quality nursing care to patients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing patient care, conducting assessments, and implementing treatment plans in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to provide optimal patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and preventive care.
• Document patient information accurately and timely in the electronic medical record (EMR).

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year experience in Med Surg nursing.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• Active RN license with a permanent address more than 50 miles from the facility.
