This position requires a night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Travel Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a medical-surgical setting, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver effective nursing care in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and report changes to appropriate staff.
• Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Educate patients and families on health management and discharge instructions.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification.
• NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Medical-Surgical setting.
• Must have a permanent address at least 50 miles away from the facility.
