Registered Nurse - MedSurg/Stepdown/Tele

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Weekend nightshift cluster (Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Saturday, Sunday, Monday) from 7 PM to 7:30 AM.

Job Description

This Registered Nurse position encompasses care across all Medsurg, Stepdown, and Telemetry units. The ideal candidate must be well-rounded and possess strong competencies in Stepdown, Neuro, Ortho, Trauma, General Medicine, and Oncology.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in MedSurg and Stepdown units.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver effective treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust nursing interventions as needed.
• Utilize Epic for charting and documentation; must have prior experience.
• Adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license.
• ACLS (AHA) and BLS (AHA) certifications required.
• Level 1 trauma experience preferred.
• Travel nursing experience preferred.
• Must have a driver's license address outside of 50 miles from the facility.
