Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at a Skilled Nursing Facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing the highest quality patient care while ensuring that all licensing and health requirements are met.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility.
• Administer medication and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient health and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
• Document patient care activities accurately.
• Assist in coordinating patient care and support activities.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Verification of licensure through Nursys.
• Completion of all required health screenings and vaccines, including MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza, TB Test, and Varicella.
• Valid Driver's License or State ID.
• Successful completion of Bassett Crime Background Check and Drug Screen.
