Travel MS/Tele Registered Nurse

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Day Shift: 07:00 AM to 00:30 AM - 3/12's. Traveler needs to work at least 6 weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday) within a 6-week schedule.

Job Description

The MS/Telemetry Registered Nurse is responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients by utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Acts and hospital policies. This role demonstrates critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership in planning for the safe delivery of care and maintains clinical competencies through continuous education.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care utilizing the Nursing Process.
• Demonstrate leadership and critical thinking skills in patient care delivery.
• Delegate patient care priorities based on the education and experience of the available staff.
• Supervise and provide direction to assigned personnel delivering patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 2+ years of experience in MS/Tele nursing.
• Current Arizona RN license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Experience with Cerner EMR is preferred.
