Registered Nurse - Cardiac Med/Tele

Schedule

NIGHTS - 12HR: 7P-7A. Available for 36 or 48 hours per week, with options for 1 weekend shift per week or 2 weekend shifts every other weekend. Must work at least 1 holiday per contract.

Job Description

Join our team as a Registered Nurse in the Cardiac Med/Tele unit. Our unit comprises 43 beds, providing comprehensive care to patients with cardiac conditions. We are seeking dedicated nurses who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and are willing to adapt to meet the needs of our facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and monitor patient conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Float to other units as necessary according to facility needs.

Required Experience & Certifications

• 1 year of recent experience in acute med surg/tele.
• 2 years of U.S. work experience required for non-U.S. candidates.
• Active NY RN license.
• AHA BLS certification.

Assignment Duration

This is a 16-week contract position.
