Outpatient Physical Therapist - 6 Month Contract

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist to evaluate and implement treatment plans for patients starting August 31st. This position is a 6-month contract role focused on providing quality care and achieving functional outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate assigned patients and develop treatment plans in accordance with their needs and goals.
• Provide 60-minute evaluations followed by 30-minute follow-up sessions.
• Ensure effective treatment programs for patients aiming for community reintegration.
• Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner while adhering to local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Participate in staff and student training programs, fostering a positive learning environment.
• Engage in professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Follow guidelines to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• CPR Certification.
• 6 months to 1 year of outpatient clinical experience preferred.

Schedule

This is a 5x8.0 work schedule, focusing on outpatient therapy sessions.
