Job Description

The Physical Therapist will be responsible for providing high-quality rehabilitation services to patients in a dynamic setting. This role involves creating and implementing individualized treatment plans and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Administer one-on-one physical therapy sessions with patients.
• Attend team conferences to discuss patient progress and treatment plans.
• Utilize various types of equipment such as treadmills, car simulators, RT300, Bioness systems, and BITS.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current Physical Therapy license in the state of Florida.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience in Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) preferred.
