Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. This role primarily involves working in a Med/Surg setting with occasional rotations to Acute Rehab. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing treatment plans and therapy interventions to enhance patient recovery and rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
• Implement therapy interventions to improve patient outcomes
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
• Document patient progress accurately in the EMR system
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings as required

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice
• Preferred experience level or relevant clinical affiliations for new graduates considered
