Shift: 07:00 PM - 07:30 AM (Every other weekend, every other holiday; July 3 and 4 required)

Job Description

We are seeking a professional nurse to join our team. The role involves working in a dynamic healthcare environment, providing top-notch care to patients. Responsibilities will include patient assessment, medication administration, and collaboration with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document all patient care activities accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active nursing license in the state of practice.
• Completion of the Trinity Code of Conduct Form.
• Completion of Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing.
• Compliance with health requirements: COVID-19 Vaccine, MMR, Hepatitis B, etc.
• Background checks and verification of credentials.
