Physical Therapist - Rehabilitation

Days, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, no weekends

Job Description

The Rehabilitation team evaluates and treats patients with injuries or conditions that have caused a decline in physical mobility or functional independence. Services offered include orthopedic rehab, neurological and stroke rehab, balance and dizziness rehab, and chronic pain treatment using movement. The main goal is to return patients to function and community activities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans.
• Implement therapy interventions to assist in rehabilitative care.
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license required.
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification required.
• Ability to travel to multiple points of care.
