Job Description

We are seeking a Surgical Technologist with experience in an ambulatory operating room setting to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist during various surgical procedures, providing support to surgeons and ensuring that the operating room is properly prepared.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the sterile field during surgical procedures.
• Assist with patient positioning, prep, and draping.
• Handle surgical instruments and supplies, maintaining proper inventory levels.
• Assist surgeons and nursing staff during procedures as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in surgical technology.
• CA state license is required; pending licenses are not accepted.
• Experience with Epic charting system preferred.
• Certifications such as BLS are mandatory.
