Registered Nurse - Trauma, Neuro, Vascular, and Ortho Experience

Day 3x12-Hour Shift (07:00 - 19:00) with potential to cover one night shift as needed.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with expertise in trauma, neuro, vascular, and orthopedic care. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to manage diverse patient needs in an acute care setting, ensuring high-quality care is delivered.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for patients in trauma, neuro, vascular, and orthopedic units.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor patient vitals.
• Conduct assessments and document patient progress using Epic charting system.
• Respond to emergency situations as necessary while adhering to safety protocols.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in trauma, neuro, vascular, and orthopedic nursing.
• Active California RN License.
• BLS certification required.
• Previous charge experience is preferred.
• Experience with Epic or similar electronic charting systems is essential.
