Multispecialty Ultrasound Technician

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Day Shift: 4x10-Hour (07:00 - 17:30)

On-call required from 5 PM to 8 AM, Monday - Friday, and 24 hours on Saturday and Sunday.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Multispecialty Ultrasound Technician with extensive experience in various ultrasound modalities, including general ultrasound, fetal ultrasound, obstetrics, breast, transvaginal, vascular, echocardiogram, adult echo, contrast echo, and echo stress treadmill procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound examinations across multiple specialties, ensuring high-quality images and accurate assessments.
• Assist with precepting clinicians as needed.
• Maintain compliance with safety protocols and standards.
• Document all procedures accurately in the designated charting system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• At least 1 year of experience as an Ultrasound Technician.
• Must hold current ARDMS and RVT certifications.
• BLS certification required.
• Valid state license in hand at submission.
• Experience using Epic charting system.
