Job Description

The Respiratory Therapist provides treatment, care, and evaluation for patients with respiratory insufficiencies, asthma, pneumonia, and emphysema. The therapist will be part of a close-knit team focused on patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory treatments and therapies to patients.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare providers to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results accurately.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• 2 years of current acute care hospital RRT experience.
• Preferred: Meditech experience and trauma experience.
