Adult RRT Position - Night Shift

Night shift, working 3x12-hour shifts from 7 PM to 7:30 AM, with holidays and every other weekend required.

Job Description

The Adult RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) position involves providing respiratory therapy to adult patients in a critical care environment. The clinician may be required to float, if necessary, to the main hospital with the same policies and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments as per physician orders.
• Monitor patient responses to therapy and adjust treatments as necessary.
• Collaborate with the medical team to provide optimal patient care.
• Conduct evaluations and maintain accurate patient records through Epic charting.
• Contribute to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of critical care experience.
• NBRC RRT certification required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Active SC RCP license required prior to start; pending licenses accepted if proof of application is provided.
