CT Technologist - Night Shift

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Night shifts: 4x10 hours (22:00 - 08:00) with weekend coverage required, specifically Sunday from 19:00 to 05:30.

Job Description

The position requires a knowledgeable CT Technologist with experience using Siemens CT scanners. Familiarity with pediatric acute care and trauma cases is preferred. You will be responsible for performing CT imaging procedures and ensuring patient safety during the imaging process.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans on pediatric patients, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Administer contrast media as needed and prepare images for interpretation.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of imaging procedures.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding procedures and safety information.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• At least 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist.
• ARRT certification required.
• BLS certification required.
• Valid Texas state license (compact license must be in hand at submission).
