This position requires flexibility with a schedule of 07:00 PM to 07:30 AM.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Healthcare Professional who is committed to providing high-quality patient care. This role requires various professional and health-related certifications and qualifications as outlined below.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with Trinity's Code of Conduct and policies.
• Complete all necessary health history forms and evaluations.
• Adhere to safety and operational guidelines during patient care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in required training and competency assessments.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid state licensure relevant to the role.
• Completion of the Trinity Profile verification.
• COVID-19 vaccination, or ability to provide exemption documentation.
• Completed Trinity Integrity and Audit Services Form.
• Current certifications as necessary including, but not limited to, Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Two-step PPD or IGRA testing documentation.
• Hepatitis B and Varicella vaccinations.
• Physical/Health Statement verification.
• Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing completion.
