Registered Nurse (RN) - Nights

07:00 PM - 07:30 AM, 36 hours per week, every other weekend.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients while ensuring the highest level of support and professionalism. The role requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor and assess patient health and progress, documenting changes and interventions.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatment options.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Completion of Trinity specific competency testing and health assessments upon onboarding.
