Registered Nurse - 13-Week Contract Position

Shift: 07:00 AM - 07:30 PM

This position requires a commitment of 36 hours per week, including every other weekend.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract position. As part of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute positively to the healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and assess patient needs and responses to treatment.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
• Document patient care and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current Registered Nurse license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Completion of Trinity Code of Conduct Form and other onboarding documentation.
• Proof of required immunizations (COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella).
• Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen and Physical/Health Statement.
• Trinity Criminal Background Check and Education Verification.
• Completion of Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing and Skills Checklist.
