Registered Nurse - Full-Time Position

This position operates on a 12-hour shift from 07:00 AM to 07:30 PM.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in a full-time capacity. The successful applicant will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive nursing care to patients, ensuring high standards of clinical practice while adhering to professional guidelines. Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Completion of Trinity Code of Conduct Form.
• Trinity Criminal Background Check clearance.
• Meet requirements for vaccinations and health screenings.
• Completion of Trinity Education Verification.
