Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift

This position is designed for a night shift from 07:00 PM to 07:30 AM.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide comprehensive nursing care for patients, ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and compassionate manner. The RN will be responsible for medication administration, patient assessments, and coordination of care with healthcare teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Completion of necessary health screenings and certifications, including COVID-19 vaccination and 2 Step PPD or IGRA.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B, MMR, Varicella, Tdap vaccinations.
• Passing of drug screening and criminal background check.
• Professional certification in accordance with facility requirements.
