Job Description

This is a 13-week contract position for a licensed healthcare professional, responsible for providing high-quality care and adhering to professional standards. The role includes participating in team meetings, maintaining effective communication with patients and families, and ensuring compliance with health regulations and facility standards.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the assessment and evaluation of patient health history.
• Ensure all necessary credentials and health screenings are current.
• Adhere to all Trinity Code of Conduct and patient confidentiality agreements.
• Complete required competencies and skills checklists as mandated.
• Maintain up-to-date vaccinations and health statements.
• Participate in audits and compliance checks effectively.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid healthcare license and certifications as required.
• Completed Trinity integrity and audit services training.
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination and other required immunizations.
• Successful completion of background checks and drug screening.
• Trinity profile submission (if applicable).
