Physical Therapist - Days Shift

Job Description

The Rehabilitation teams evaluate and treat patients with injuries or conditions that have caused either a decline in physical mobility or functional independence. We offer a variety of specialized services including orthopedic rehab, neurological and stroke rehab, balance and dizziness rehab, and chronic pain treatment with the use of movement. The main goal is to facilitate a return to function and community activities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments of patients' physical capabilities.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy interventions designed to improve function and mobility.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to enhance patient care.
• Educate patients on injury prevention and rehabilitation strategies.

Schedule

Days shift from 0730 to 1800, no weekends.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license is required.
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification required.
• Must be able to travel to multiple points of care.
