Job Description

The Rehabilitation teams evaluate and treat patients with injuries or conditions affecting physical mobility or functional independence. As a Physical Therapist, you will assess and treat patients with acute and chronic injuries or limitations related to neuro/musculo/skeletal issues. Services include sports and orthopedic rehab, neurological and stroke rehab, balance, and spinal therapy.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients to improve physical mobility and functional independence.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations.
• Provide interventions for various rehabilitation needs including orthopedic and neurological conditions.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and home exercises.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license required.
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification required.
• Ability to travel to multiple points of care.
