This is a 13-week contract position.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for our Inpatient Rehabilitation department. The ideal candidate will have extensive rehab hospital experience and will be responsible for evaluating patients and developing treatment plans to enhance recovery.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments of patients to inform treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility and reduce pain.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and rehabilitation strategies.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of physical therapy experience required.
• BLS certification required.
• Valid State License required at the time of submission.
• Previous experience in a rehabilitation hospital preferred.
