This is a 5-day workweek with shifts from 09:00 to 17:00, including 3 weekend shifts per quarter.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. This role involves providing rehabilitative care to patients, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to enhance patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
• Implement therapeutic interventions aimed at restoring mobility and improving function.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
• Valid Physical Therapist state license required at the time of submission.
• Two supervisor references required for consideration.
• Candidates must be able to float between hospitals if necessary.
