Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Registered Nurse with experience in Orthopedics, Post-Operative care, and Medical/Surgical wards. As a key member of our dynamic healthcare team, you will provide quality care to diverse patient populations including geriatric, adult, and pediatric patients aged 13 and older.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to post-operative and trauma patients.
• Monitor patient health and manage care plans.
• Utilize medical technology and electronic health records (Meditech).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Exhibit strong assessment and customer service skills to enhance patient satisfaction.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN licensure to practice in Tennessee.
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, and NIH certifications required prior to start.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a related specialty.
