Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse with experience in Orthopedics, Post-Operative, and Med/Surg. The ideal candidate will be part of a team dedicated to providing quality healthcare and will work with patients across a spectrum of needs, including geriatric, adult, and pediatric populations (13 and older).

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the orthopedic and medical/surgical units.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in patient status.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Perform assessments and develop care plans tailored to individual patients.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN licensure in the state of Tennessee.
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, and NIH certifications are required prior to start.
• A minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in an acute care setting.
• Must have strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
