Job Description

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide comprehensive patient care in a hospital setting, ensuring the highest standards of nursing practices. You will work within an interdisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans, keeping the patient's needs at the forefront of every decision.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and document findings in a timely manner.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and update patient care plans.
• Provide guidance and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout their stay.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in the state of Arizona.
• ACLS and BLS certification required.
• Previous experience in a hospital setting preferred.
