Registered Nurse - Nights

Schedule

12-hour night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to develop and implement total nursing care for patients. Responsibilities include performing comprehensive assessments, creating nursing diagnosis and patient care plans, and providing leadership while collaborating with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel to maintain professional nursing standards in the clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans based on thorough assessments and diagnoses.
• Provide leadership and support to nursing and healthcare team members.
• Ensure adherence to professional nursing practice standards.
• Deliver quality care across various patient populations, including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of Medical-Surgical (MS) nursing experience.
• Certifications: NIH Stroke Scale, BLS (American Heart Association).
• Current Oklahoma State Nursing License.
